Terms & Conditions
General
Following an initial meeting to discuss the customer's needs, Big Strides will provide a Quotation for Services. Unless otherwise the following terms and conditions will apply.
Costs
All costs will be agreed up front and confirmed in writing before commencement of work.
Payment Terms
Website and Blogsite Development
- 50% of agreed fee to be paid before commencement of work
- Remaining 50% to be paid within 7 days of completion of work
Copy Writing
- 50% of agreed fee to be paid before commencement of work
- Remaining 50% to be paid within 7 days of completion of work
Marketing Systems
- 50% of agreed fee to be paid before commencement of work
- Remaining 50% to be paid within 7 days of completion of work
Business Coaching
100% of fee to be paid on or before commencement of first coaching session
Marketing Consultancy
- For a single consultancy session the full fee is due withing 7 days of completion of work

For consultancy booked over a period of months, fees will be billed monthly on or before commence of the first consultancy session and payable within 7 day of invoice.
Confidentiality
All work will be performed in strict confidence. No information will be shared with any third party without the client’s permission.
